Return Policy

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for items that:

  • Have manufacturing defects or quality issues

  • Arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Are in original condition with tags attached

  • Are returned within 7 days of delivery

What Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Used or washed clothing

  • Customized or altered items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • A different size of the same item

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Another item of equal value

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange item must be of equal or greater value

How to Initiate Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Product name and size

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos if there’s a defect or damage

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return approval and instructions

  • Exchange options if applicable

  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship the Item

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging

  • Include all tags and original contents

  • Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)

  • Keep your shipping receipt for tracking

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer refund

  • Store credit: Immediate issuance for future purchases

Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive returned item

  • Bank transfer: 5-7 additional business days

  • You will receive email confirmation at each step

  • Fabric flaws or printing errors

  • Missing components

Contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange.

Size Issues

While we provide detailed size charts, if the fit isn’t right:

  • Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)

  • Or choose store credit for another purchase
